Speedgolf Texas Pro-Am

Everyone talks about fixing slow play. On Dec 31st we are going to prove that golfers can play their best game in a fraction of the time, with a fraction of the equipment. And have maximum fun!

It's called Speedgolf, and some of the sport's top professionals will be teeing it up on 12/31. Compete against the pros, or play as an amateur and see if you can tame 'the Wolf!'

• Course:  Wolfdancer Golf Club at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort in Bastrop, Tx.
• When:  Satuday Dec 31st, 7:30am-8:45am
• Entry Fee:  Pro: $290 | Am: $90. Entry fee includes range balls, lunch, gift, and FREE entry into Last Chance Open (afternoon). Pros play for a minimum $1,000 purse. (min 5 players) 
• Format:  Individual Speedgolf, hole-by-hole & multi-hole heats.  
• Skins Buy-in:  $25 (optional)

This is an individual Speedgolf event, with a series of single and multi-hole heats. All pros will progress through each heat together, followed by all amateur Speedgolfers. The player with the lowest Speedgolf score at the end of the round wins. A Speedgolf score is the combination of the number of strokes and the number of minutes taken over the course of the stipulated round. Skins are optional and will be awarded to the player with the lowest SG score after each heat.

Players will tee off solo every 2 minutes. They will be accompanied in a cart by a scorer. The order of play will be reshuffled after each heat according to total score.

Awards will be given for the top Pro and Am finishers. With at least 5 professionals, we will guarantee a $1,000 pro purse, with $800 going to the champion, and $200 to the runner-up.

Your registration includes FREE entry in the Last Chance Open starting at 11:30pm. The Last Chance Open is an un-timed team best ball event. Participation is optional. If you DO NOT have a team partner, don't worry, we will help you find one.
